Meeting point & arrival
We are located on the 2nd floor of the Rotonda Center at Jurišićeva ulica 19/1, just a 5-minute walk from the main Ban Jelačić Square in Zagreb. Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled timeslot and avoid delays, so we can prepare your costumes and start your experience right on time.
What to wear & bring
Traditional folk costumes are not worn directly on bare skin. We highly recommend wearing a light-colored T-shirt and shorts (or a lightweight skirt) underneath to ensure the costume fits comfortably and looks its best. Additionally, since traditional folk socks and shoes can be quite stiff, we suggest bringing a pair of thin socks to wear underneath to protect your feet and prevent blisters during the experience.
Costume care
Due to the age and value of these costumes, please avoid eating or drinking anything that could stain or damage them. Water and non-staining foods are permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €50 per person is required before receiving the costume. It’s collected upon arrival and fully refunded when the costumes are returned in their original condition. In addition, participants must sign a Costume Receipt and Responsibility Agreement. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the experience, following an inspection confirming that the costume has been returned in the same condition in which it was received.
*Please note: The €100 booking deposit secures your reservation and is deducted from the total experience price. A separate refundable security deposit of €50 per person is collected on arrival to cover the temporary use of the costumes.
Weather Policy
In the event of rain, the city walk cannot take place as the costumes may be damaged by wet weather. However, the experience can still be held indoors, where we will do our best to provide an enjoyable and engaging introduction to local traditions, folk costumes, and customs. If you choose to cancel on the day of your appointment due to weather conditions, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.
